Hi 亮仔,Graphics Driver or DirectX Issues:
A very common reason for game black screens is that the graphics driver crashes or resets.
In the Event Viewer, you may see errors like:
“Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding” (NVIDIA)
“amdkmdap” (AMD)
==> Suggestions: Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove your GPU driver or reinstall the latest GPU driver (or try a stable older version).
Game Anti-Cheat / Security Software Conflicts:
Some games use anti-cheat engines (like EasyAntiCheat, BattlEye) which can trigger many Event Viewer errors. They sometimes conflict with antivirus or system protection drivers → leading to black screens.
==> Suggestions: Temporarily disable third-party antivirus/firewall and test. Check the Event Viewer Source field to see if the errors come from a security-related process.
System File or Windows Update Problems
A recent Windows update may have introduced compatibility issues.
==> Suggestions: Run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to repair system files. Check if the issue started after a particular Windows cumulative update (in Update History).
DirectX / Visual C++ Runtime Errors:
If required runtime libraries are corrupted, you’ll see DLL errors in Event Viewer.
==> Suggestions: Reinstall the DirectX Runtime. Reinstall all versions of Visual C++ Redistributables (2005–2022).
